ORDER

On order of the Court, the application in pro per of defendant and appellant for leave to appeal is considered, and the same is hereby granted. The matter is remanded to the Court of Appeals for consideration in view of People v. Harrison, 386 Mich. 269, 191 N.W.2d 371 (1971).

The motion for appointment of counsel is considered, and on remand, the Court of Appeals is directed to reinstate Herman C. Campbell, Esq., appellate counsel appointed for defendant by the Macomb county circuit court.
