Plaintiff-appellant's application for leave to appeal having been ordered held in abeyance pending decision in Fera v. Village Plaza, Inc., and said decision having been issued on June 3, 1976, 396 Mich. 639, 242 N.W.2d 372; and the motion of defendant-appellee for denial of plaintiff-appellant's application for leave to appeal having been considered, it is therefore ordered, that the motion of defendant-appellee for denial of plaintiff-appellant's application for leave to appeal be and the same is denied. The application by plaintiff-appellant for leave to appeal is considered, and pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), the judgment of the Court of Appeals in this case is hereby vacated and this matter is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Fera v. Village Plaza, Inc., 396 Mich. 639, 242 N.W.2d 372 (1976).
