OPINION

On petition for writ of certiorari to the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated and case remanded to the Court of Appeals of Georgia for further consideration in light of Sandstrom v. Montana, 442 U.S. 510, 99 S.Ct. 2450, 61 L.Ed.2d 39 (1979) and County Court of Ulster County, New York v. Allen, 442 U.S. 140, 99 S.Ct. 2213, 60 L.Ed.2d 777 (1979) [99 S.Ct. 3095] .

Opinion after remand, 152 Ga.App. 829, 264 S.E.2d 271.
