OPINION

On writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The motion of American Civil Liberties Union Women's Rights Project, et al. for leave to file a brief as amici curiae is granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further consideration in light of North Haven Board of Education v. Bell, 456 U.S. 512, 102 S.Ct. 1912, 72 L.Ed.2d 299 (1982).
