Appeal from Municipal Court, of Chicago; George L. Quilici, Judge.
Proceedings by Frank Anderson against Thelma Smith to recover possession of an apartment. Trial before the court without a jury resulted in a finding and judgment against defendant. Thereafter a motion for new trial was sustained and upon new trial before the court without a jury, the court found defendant not guilty and entered judgment against plaintiff. Thereafter, the court denied plaintiff's motion to vacate the orders and judgment entered on motion of defendant. From the adverse judgment and orders, the plaintiff appeals.
Judgment and orders in favor of defendant reversed and cause remanded with directions to reinstate judgment in favor of plaintiff, the latter judgment being affirmed.Thaddeus B. Rowe, of Chicago, for appellant.
