Quo warranto by the attorney general, on relation of John T. Rich, governor, against John G. Berry, removed by the governor from the office of commissioner of the state land office. Judgment of ouster entered.

HOOKER, J.

This cause is governed by the decision in the case of Attorney General v. Jochim, 58 N.W. 611. The demurrer will be overruled, and judgment of ouster entered. The other justices concurred.
