Error to Court of Civil Appeals of Fifth Supreme Judicial District.

Action by Tom Rogers against the Baker Hotel of Dallas, Incorporated, to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been received as the result of an unlawful assault by a house detective employed by defendant. A judgment for plaintiff was reformed and as reformed was affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals, 157 S.W.2d 940, and defendant applies for writ of error.

Application refused.
