ORDER
By order of March 29, 1983, 331 N.W.2d 730, the application for leave to appeal 114 Mich.App. 692, 319 N.W.2d 386, was held in abeyance pending the decision in Ross v. Consumers Power Co. (On Rehearing). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on January 22, 1985, 420 Mich. 567, 363 N.W.2d 641, the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
