ON MOTION TO MODIFY.
Appellant's motion to modify the opinion is sustained in that the trial court is further directed to require defendant, Watkins, to account for the rents and profits received by him from the real estate under consideration; and that such sum as may be found due on said accounting be deducted from the amount due from plaintiff to defendant Watkins; and the intervener shall be paid whatever sum she deposited in court.
