In an action for divorce, plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 13, 1971 and made after a nonjury trial, as dismissed the complaint and referred the question of custody of the parties' infant son to the Family Court. Judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs. No opinion.
