Appeal from Circuit Court, Cook County; Frank H. Hayes, Special Judge.

Action by Florence M. Blumberg against William M. Baird for personal injuries sustained as the result of slipping and falling on a stairway of defendant's apartment building. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.

Reversed.
