Appeal from Court of Chancery.
Suit by Albert Bollschweiler against the Packer House Hotel Company for the appointment of a receiver for an insolvent corporation. From the Vice Chancellor's decree (83 N. J. Eq. 459, 91 Atl. 1027), sustaining in part and overruling in part the determination of the receiver, allowing and disallowing certain claims against the corporation, John N. Petterson appeals. Affirmed.
