ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This Division of the Court retained jurisdiction in these consolidated cases.

On October 5, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties in order to determine the next steps in all related cases, given that petitioners' recent motions had all been denied. The parties indicated to the Court that they were working together toward the exchange of documents for a potential settlement of these consolidated cases, as there was no longer a Fifth Amendment issue. The Court stated that status reports would be ordered with the expectation that the parties would have begun the exchange of documents and other informal discovery before the due date of status reports.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 17, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of these consolidated cases.
