ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Williams v. Cunningham Drug Stores, Inc., 429 Mich. 495, 418 N.W.2d 381 (1988). This order should not be understood as precluding reconsideration of the issue involving the doctrine of respondeat superior should the Court of Appeals desire to do so.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
