PartiesCENTRAL R. CO. OF NEW JERSEY v. MAYOR, ETC., OF JERSEY CITY.

Error to the Supreme Court. Certiorari by the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey against the mayor and aldermen of Jersey City, to review a tax assessment. There was a judgment of the Supreme Court (56 Atl. 239) affirming the assessment, and plaintiff brings error. Affirmed.

PER CURIAM. The judgment of the Supreme Court, brought here by this writ of error, is affirmed for the reasons given by Mr. Justice Garrison in his opinion in that court, reported in 70 N. J. Law, 81, 56 Atl. 239.
