Appeal from Criminal Court, Jefferson County; M. M. Baldwin, Judge.

Action by the mayor and city council of Ensley against M. M. Goswick for the violation of a city ordinance prohibiting the carrying on of any licensed business without such license. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff appeals. Reversed and remanded.
