On order of the Court, the motion by plaintiffs-appellants for reconsideration of this Court's order of January 3, 1979, is considered, and the motion is GRANTED. On reconsideration of the application for leave to appeal, in lieu of leave to appeal, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), we REVERSE the judgments of the Court of Appeals, 84 Mich.App. 325, 269 N.W.2d 586 and the Saginaw Circuit Court and REMAND for further proceedings in the trial court, but only on the nuisance count.
