ORDER
On order of the Court, the motion by defendant-appellant for reconsideration of this Court's order of March 9, 1983, is considered, and the motion is GRANTED. On reconsideration, in lieu of granting leave to appeal, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), we REINSTATE that portion of the circuit court judgment dismissing Count III of the plaintiffs' complaints. Burnett v. City of Adrian, 414 Mich. 448, 454, 480 (1982). In all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED.
