Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; John C. Lewe, Judge.
Action by Cummings-Landau Laundry Machinery Company against Harry Koplin and others to restrain defendants from violating an agreement entered into by them with plaintiff's assignor granting plaintiff's assignor right to be exclusive distributor of laundry machinery manufactured by Zephyr Company in a certain territory and for an accounting. From an order granting a temporary injunction, the defendants take an interlocutory appeal.
