Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; Francis B. Allegretti, Judge.

Proceeding by Stanley H. Doggett for a writ of mandamus to compel the North American Life Insurance Company of Chicago and its president and secretary to permit petitioner to inspect and examine a list of the names and addresses of such company's stockholders. From a judgment order awarding the writ, respondents appeal.

Reversed and remanded for a new trial.
