PER CURIAM.

Complainant operates a restaurant business of the "diner" type. On October 11, 1938, certain of the employees, members of the defendant trade union local, went out on strike. The order under appeal is a restraint pendente lite against picketing and incidental activities. J., Local No. 108, etc., et al., 8 A.2d 767, Cf. Lillie F. Heyl, etc., v. Culinary Alliance Local 611, etc., et al., 8 A.2d 809, also concurrently decided.
