Upon consideration of the petition for writ of certiorari to the Court of Special Appeals filed in the above entitled case, it is this 11th day of April, 1977,

ORDERED, by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that the petition for writ of certiorari is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the judgment of the Court of Special Appeals is reversed and the case remanded to that Court with directions to reverse the judgment of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and remand the case for a new trial. See Burnett v. State, Md., 371 A.2d 663 (1977).
