Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; Ulysses S. Schwartz, Judge.
Suit to vacate divorce decree by W. M. Durham, conservator of the estate of Alice Coon, an incompetent person, against Owen L. Coon. From the decree, the plaintiff appealed. Owen L. Coon died, and Louise W. Coon, the First National Bank of Chicago, as executor of the estate of Owen L. Coon, and Owen L. Coon Foundation, a not-forprofit corporation, were substituted as appellees.
Reversed and remanded with directions.Ehrlich & Cohn, Chicago, Eva L. Minor, Kankakee, and Robert L. Huttner, Chicago, for appellant.
