On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to the issues (1) whether the trial court erred in admitting into evidence four police reports prepared in connection with the underlying shooting incident, and (2) whether the trial court properly instructed the jury on the so-called rescue doctrine.
