I respectfully dissent from the denial of certiorari review. I agree with Judge Crawley's dissent from the opinion issued by the Court of Civil Appeals in this case. State Department of Human Res. v. A.K., 851 So.2d 1, 9 (Ala.Civ.App.2002) (Crawley, J., dissenting).
