Rule 23(a)(4) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure provides that "A decision document, including a proposed decision document, must omit a party's mailing address, email address, and telephone number."

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed on January 22, 2025, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 24, 2025, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision which complies with Court Rule 93(a)(4).
