Motion for rehearing is granted, without costs, upon proviso that reargument be confined to the following questions:
(1) If the plaintiff had been prohibited by the defendant from using the elevator, could the relation of passenger and carrier exist between them at the time of the accident?
(2) Was plaintiff's status as a passenger properly submitted to the jury by the instruction under the fourth question of the special verdict?
The case will stand for argument at the foot of the next assignment.
