The named plaintiffs petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 141 Conn.App. 594, 61 A.3d 1198, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's rulings preventing the plaintiff from impeaching the testimony of the defendant and the defendant's expert witness through the use of an academic journal article?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's rulings preventing the plaintiff from cross-examining the defendant's expert witness concerning alleged misrepresentations made under oath at his deposition?

“3. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court's error in preventing the plaintiff from making an offer of proof concerning the defendant's expert witness' credibility was harmless?”
