IT IS ORDERED that the above numbered and entitled cause be and is hereby dismissed with full and complete prejudice to the rights of all parties hereto at the costs of the defendant.

On Motion of NORRIS J. GREENHOUSE, Attorney for plaintiff ANTHONY FORD, and upon suggesting to the Court that this was a workers compensation claim which included penalties and attorney's fees which has been compromised and settled for a total of $2,500.00, indemnity benefits and penalties (in addition to payment of prior indemnity, medical and incidental expenses) and $1,500.00 in attorney's fees.

Accordingly it is suggested and plaintiff desires that the attorney's fee in the amount of $1,500.00 be approved.
