Suit by John Capo against Alice L. Frosen and husband. From an order overruling a demurrer to the bill, defendants appeal.

Affirmed.

Syllabus by the Court

SYLLABUS

Married woman's separate property may be charged and sold for price of any property purchased. The separate real or personal property of a married woman may be charged in equity and sold as provided in section 2 of article 11 of our Constitution, for the price of any property purchased by her.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; George Couper Gibbs, judge.
