OPINION

In this cause a motion for rehearing is considered and it is GRANTED. The parties may submit supplemental briefs within the time periods set forth in the rules of the filing of appellant's and appellees' briefs on appeal.

We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the cases of Horen v. Coleco Industries (No. 88580) and Spaulding v. Lesco International Corp. (No. 88429), at such future session of the Court as these cases are ready for submission.
