ORDER

By order of September 15, 1983, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Ross v. Consumers Power Co. (On Rehearing) (Docket No. 64241) and Bandfield v. Wood (Docket No. 67682). We REMAND this case to the Oakland Circuit Court for further proceedings consistent with Ross v. Consumers Power Co. (On Rehearing) and Bandfield v. Wood.
