Petition by Mark Hance for a writ of prohibition to restrain Edgar O. Durfee, judge of probate of Wayne county, Mich., from proceeding under the inheritance tax law (Pub. Acts 1893, No. 205) to determine the valuation of an estate for taxation. Writ granted.

This case is disposed of by what has been said in Chambe v. Durfee (decided at the present term) 58 N.W. 661. The writ of prohibition must issue. The other justices concurred.
