Appeal from Circuit Court, Malheur County.
Action in tort by Maurice Harper and Fred J. Test against the Interstate Brewery Company, formerly Star Brewery Company, and George H. Gage to recover general damages and exemplary damages.From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, the defendants appeal.
AFFIRMED.
