ON PETITION FOR REHEARING.

PER CURIAM

Upon consideration of the petition for a rehearing it is concluded that the petition be overruled. It is the opinion of the majority of the court that a new trial should be had. The mandate is therefore modified to read as follows: "The judgment is reversed and the cause remanded and a new trial ordered."
