Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; E. I. Frankhauser, Judge.

Action by Elaine Hogmire against Dr. Joseph Voita for alleged negligence in extracting plaintiff's tooth. From a judgment upon a directed verdict for defendant, plaintiff appeals.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded for new trial. Alex Meyerovitz, of Chicago, for appellant.
