| Decision Date | 04 August 1880 |
| Parties | Francis Huot v. Henry Wise, impleaded, etc |
Appeal by defendant Henry Wise from an order of the district court for Wabasha county, Mitchell, J., presiding, refusing a new trial after verdict against him of $ 1,800.
