Proposed amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Bar of Ohio (Gov.Bar R. VI(8) and X(3) through (10), (12), (14), and (17) through (19) and Appendix I) and the Supreme Court Rules for the Government of the Judiciary of Ohio (Gov.Jud.R. IV(5) ) have been posted on the court's website and will be published in the March 21, 2022 Ohio Official Reports Advance Sheet for a public-comment period ending April 21, 2022.

O'Connor, C.J., and Kennedy, DeWine, Donnelly, Stewart, and Brunner, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed amendments for comment.

Fischer, J., concurred in part and dissented in part and would not publish for comment the proposed amendment that would remove the 12-hour self-study cap for attorneys.
