ORDER STAYING PROCEEDING

On February 26, 2019, Sara Richards filed a registration form for a proposed 7.6 kW solar net-metering system in Randolph, Vermont.

On February 28, 2019, Green Mountain Power Corporation ("GMP") filed an objection to the proposed interconnection of the net-metering system. GMP stated that the Pleasant Street G 43 Circuit requires a direct transfer trip to address the possibility of a transmission ground-fault overvoltage condition. GMP stated that the Richards project cannot proceed until the direct transfer trip is installed.

The Vermont Public Utility Commission is currently reviewing a proposal from GMP to adopt a tariff that would address the cost allocation of transmission ground-fault overvoltage upgrades in Case No. 19-0441-TF.1 This case is stayed pending the outcome of that proceeding.

So Ordered.
