The self-insured employer requested review and claimant cross requested review of an Administrative Law Judge's (ALJ's) order that: (1) reversed an Order on Reconsideration that affirmed a Rescinding Notice of Closure; (2) reversed an Order on Reconsideration that affirmed a subsequent Notice of Closure; and (3) reinstated the prior Notice of Closure.The parties have submitted, and we have approved, a Claim Disposition Agreement (CDA), in which claimant fully releases all further rights to "non-medical service related" benefits for her April 2014 injury claim.(WCBCase No. 21-01326C).
