The self-insured employer requested review of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Otto's order that: (1) affirmed an Order on Reconsideration setting aside a February 6, 2019, Notice of Closure; and (2) awarded an assessed attorney fee of $7,000 under ORS 656.382(2).The parties have submitted a proposed "Stipulation" to resolve this matter pending Board review.

Pursuant to the stipulation, the employer agrees to withdraw its appeal of the ALJ's order and pay claimant's counsel the assessed attorney fee award granted by the order.Further, the agreement provides that the appeal is dismissed with prejudice.

By this order, we have approved the parties' stipulation.Accordingly, this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
