ORDER

PER CURIAM

C.M.P. appeals from the judgment of the Lincoln County Circuit Court following a bench trial finding him delinquent for burglary in the second degree, stealing, domestic assault in the fourth degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. C.M.P. first argues that the circuit court erred in finding him delinquent for stealing because the court's finding was based on insufficient evidence in that certain items alleged to have been stolen were not actually stolen.

Second, C.M.P. argues that the circuit court erred in finding him delinquent for domestic assault in the fourth degree because there was no evidence that he attempted to cause the victim, his mother, physical pain. Finding that the circuit court did not err as alleged by C.M.P., we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the motion court under Rule 84.16(b).
