ORDER

By opinion dated October 12, 2022, Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for six months retroactive to the date of her interim suspension on March 10, 2022. In re Perkins, Op. No. 28119 (S.C. Sup. Ct. filed Oct. 12, 2022) (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 37 at 13). She has now filed an affidavit requesting reinstatement pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, contained in Rule 413 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

On the following conditions, which were established by the Court in imposing a definite suspension, Petitioner's request for reinstatement is granted, and Petitioner is hereby reinstated as a regular member of the South Carolina Bar:

1. Petitioner shall comply with the terms of her July 26, 2022 monitoring agreement with Lawyers Helping Lawyers, the period of which shall be extended through two years from the date of this order.

2. During this two-year period, Petitioner's medical provider(s) must provide the Commission on Lawyer Conduct (Commission) with a report every three months indicating if Petitioner has fully complied with all requirements relating to her treatment. This quarterly report shall include the opinion of the medical provider as to whether Petitioner's current condition may adversely affect her ability to practice law. If so, the report shall detail the facts and reasons giving rise to this opinion, as well as any recommendations as to what actions may be appropriate to reduce or eliminate the factors giving rise to this adverse opinion. Petitioner shall execute any necessary release or waiver to allow these reports to be made to the Commission.
