Appeal from Circuit Court, Milwaukee County; Gustave G. Gehrz, Judge.
In the matter of the will of Zacharias Saveland, deceased. From a judgment confirming that of the county court construing parts of the will, Josephine Miles Tyrrell appeals, the administrator of the estate being the respondent. Affirmed by a divided court.Simmons & Walker, of Racine, for appellant.

The judgment of the court below affirmed a judgment of the Milwaukee county court construing certain provisions of a will.
Upon the hearing here Mr. Justice KERWIN did not participate. Justices VINJE, ROSENBERRY, and JONES are of the opinion that the judgment should be affirmed; Chief Justice SIEBECKER, Justice OWEN, and the writer, that it should be reversed. Under the rule it must therefore be affirmed.
Judgment affirmed.
