ORDER

Michael R. Shapiro of Bensalem, Pennsylvania , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2007, having pleaded guilty in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Bucks County, Criminal Division to felony criminal offenses of unlawful contact with a minor, in violation of 18 Pa. C.S. § 6318 (a)(1) (second degree), criminal solicitation of aggravated indecent assault, in violation of 18 Pa. C.S. § 902(a) (second degree), unlawful contact with a minor, in violation of 18 Pa. C.S. § 6318 (a)(1) (third degree), and criminal use of a communication facility, in violation of 18 Pa. C.S. § 7512(a) (third degree), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:20-13(b)(1), Michael R. Shapiro is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics proceedings against him, effective immediately and until the further Order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that Michael R. Shapiro be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that Michael R. Shapiro comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this state.
