1. The parties have until April 20, 2021, to file Joint Stipulations in Lieu of Trial;

2. The parties will both have two weeks after the filing of Joint Stipulations in Lieu of Trial to submit briefs in support of their legal positions;

3. In the event the parties cannot agree to Joint Stipulations in Lieu of Trial a Pretrial Conference will be held on May 3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. as set forth by further Order.
