Appeal from Circuit Court, Porter County; A. D. Bartholomew, Judge.
Action by Olive Cunningham against the Intermediate Life Assurance Company of Indiana. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.
Geo. K. Denton, of Evansville, and Bomberger, Curtis & Starr, of Gary, for appellant. Wm. J. Whinery, of Hammond, and John D. Kelly, of Valparaiso, for appellee.
