ORDER CHANGING OPINION ON DENIAL OF RECONSIDERATION

It is hereby ordered that the opinion in the above cause, as the same appears at 146 Wash.2d 207, 45 P.3d 186, be changed as follows:

The sentence beginning with the words "Significantly, Airport" in the fifth and fourth lines from the bottom of page 222 and ending with the word "package." in the second line from the bottom of page 222 is deleted, [2nd column, lines 20-24 from bottom of page 193 of 45 P.3d] and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

The compensatory nature of the social security and Medicare contributions is further evidenced by minutes of the contract negotiations which indicate that Airport attributed 7.65 percent of Firefighters compensation to FICA payments (6.2 percent social security and 1.45 percent Medicare). CP 71-74.
