Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Thomas A. Green, Judge.

Action by Jack Ittin against Martin L. Nattenheimer on a contract which provided for the sale of stock and for the cancellation of a contract whereby plaintiff was employed by the corporation which issued the stock sold. The major part of the contract was devoted to setting up machinery for the return of the stock certificate and the employment contract to plaintiff should defendant default in his payments, and the contract provided that if defendant defaulted, payments already made should be considered as liquidated damages. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff appeals.
