ORDER

By order of September 28, 1987, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Williams v. Cunningham Drug Stores, Inc (Docket No. 77516). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on January 19, 1988, 429 Mich. 495, 418 N.W.2d 381 (1988), the application is again considered, along with the motion to dismiss. Pursuant to MCR 7.302 (F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Williams v. Cunningham Drug Stores, Inc. The motion to dismiss is DENIED as moot.
